Policies

• Payments - Payments for all services are due at the time of service. Lavette Loc Studio LLC. accepts Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash. Fees are assessed for payments through PayPal or Square. For services that take up to 6 hours or more, deposits are required to confirm appointment dates.
• Late Arrival Fee - This is a non-refundable $25 fee that is applied when you are 15 minutes late for an appointment. It will be added on to the fee of the service for that day.
• Consultations - For specific services, we require a consultation beforehand to ensure we have the proper understanding of what your needs are and we schedule the right amount of time to meet them. Consultations that take over a 15 minute period, will result in a $50 charge.
• Establishments - Prior to starting any lock establishments, the balance of your service will be paid.
• Extensions - Clients are responsible for bringing their choice of hair extensions once the appointment is scheduled and confirmed.
• Cancellations - BE ADVISED. We schedule appointments to better serve you and cater to your hair and grooming needs. We understand that plans change and scheduled appointments may need to be adjusted. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with a courtesy 24-hour cancellation notice to allow your stylist time to make the proper adjustments. To better serve you, appointment reminders are sent via text message to allow you plan accordingly. To reschedule or make any changes to your appointment, you may call us at 678-656-7337.

Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will require a $50 non-refundable deposit fee and Same-Day cancellations will require non-refundable full service fee deposit to reschedule appointment, payable at the time of  cancellation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
